Overview
Design of a Multi-Tenant Spec Retail Building Shell located in an existing shopping plaza in the City of Johns Creek. This included new utility services, coordination with adjacent developments, downstream assessments and permitting with multiple jurisdictions. The design included site layout, grading and drainage with new underground stormwater management system, utility services, , new driveway deceleration lane, landscaping and offsite improvements.
