Design of a Multi-Tenant Spec Retail Building Shell in a previously developed shopping center. The project included working with multiple jurisdictions for approvals and connections to existing infrastructure. The proposed project included new storm connection, water and sewer connections, new landscaping, new site layout and adjustments to meet ADA parking requirements.
