Med-Life Urgent Care Building

New Medical Office Building used as a shared Urgent Care and Primary Care Facility. The client asked for a Large Waiting Area with high ceilings, glass storefront system was used in this area to provide natural light within the space. Programed spaces included separate exam rooms for each medical use but shared staff spaces. The building included space CT Scanning and X-Ray Rooms with lead lined walls, doors, and windows. The exterior brick, stucco and pitched roof were implemented to meet the Municipality’s Zoning requirements.
