Design and Land planning on a 100+ acres mixed use development
Implemented a plan, in coordination with the land owners, to maximize land development for the entire 100+ acre site. This land planning effort as allowed for alterations to the plan without sacrificing parcel developments and tenant spaces. This scope included design for all public utility infrastructure, roadway infrastructure, hydrology and stormwater management, traffic along with coordination for phasing and public trail connections.
